Supporting our conveyor manufacturing, we offer a fully equipped engineering workshop consisting of conventional and CNC machines and fully equipped welding shop.
  • Our conveyor design is modular and robust. Parts are split into components (drive and tail ends, straight conveyor).
  • This makes parts completely interchangable and modifications in width, length and general layout easy and cost efficient.
  • Drive ends (shown here) have a 40mm shaft size, which is a standard for the bearings, sprockets and drives.
  • SEW drives are supplied as standard with our conveyors. These are available in fixed speed or in variable by frequency inverter.
  • Shaft mounted drives are generally used but overhead drive with sprocket and chain arrangement is also supplied.
  • All wearing parts, such as chain, sprockets, wear strips and bearings, are purchased from leading European manufacturers.
