With this technology materials such as plastic, rubber, paper, wood, all ferrous and non ferrous metals, glass & stone can be cut. Any profile or shape can be downloaded into the machine directly from a computer generated drawing. (CAD drawings in DXF or DWG format).

Thickness of materials that can be cut vary up to 100mm.
Our equipment was purchased from a leading European Manufacturer of such machines and is state of the art.

Artistic work in marble, glass, aluminium
and most other materials can created.

Glass cutting - for plain, multilayer and reinforced glass, sanding / abrasive disks are being replaced by waterjet cutting.
Jet cutting offers a higher operational speed and quick change overtime.

Benefits:
  • Profiles are cut direct from computer images allowing for quick and flexible processing.

  • The most complex profiles are accurately cut using the 4000 bar cutting tool.

  • Burrs and sharp edges are not generated reducing traditional 'finishing-off' operations.

  • No heat is generated in the work-piece therefore eliminating material deformation or changes in mechanical properties.
The factory is located in Stikland, Cape Town.
